昨日，天下雜誌公布《天下永續公民獎》與首屆「天下人才永續獎」的得獎名單。自2020年起，致伸已連續四年名列《天下永續公民獎》大型企業組前50強，今年致伸獲得排名第20名是歷年最佳成績，並於首屆「天下人才永續獎」大型企業組獲得排名第10名的肯定。
致伸由內而外在實踐企業永續的承諾，藉由持續提升公司治理水平，維持六屆公司治理評鑑排名前5%。在環境面，積極落實環境友善作為，以國際標準SBTi、DJSI檢視自身在氣候風險控管與減緩的進展，並加入全球再生能源倡議組織（RE100），承諾2040年全球營運據點100%使用再生能源，達到碳中和的目標；在社會面，對內，致伸台灣與中國廠區有成立志工社，提供員工志工假，鼓勵同仁踴躍參與，同時我們設置內部公益捐獻平台，邀請同仁一同做好事；此外，每年舉辦ESG季度活動，將永續理念深植於我們企業文化的DNA之中。對外，與誠致教育基金會、School28、弘道老人福利基金會等非營利公益團體攜手，為更美好的未來貢獻一份力量。
