Primax Electronics Ltd. (TWSE: 4915) today announced its consolidated revenue for June was NT$5.48 billion, which is a 0.9% month-over-month (MoM) decrease. For 2Q23, Primax’s consolidated revenue was NT$16.07 billion, a 9.5% quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) gain. For January through June, Primax’s cumulative consolidated revenue was NT$30.74 billion, a 19.5% year-over-year (YoY) decrease.

Primax has been expanding into high value-added products and optimizing its product mix, leading to a significant improvement in gross margin and profitability. Furthermore, Primax has taken precautionary measures to aggressively managing operational risks, enhancing management capabilities, maintaining business resilience and adapting to market changes in response to the economic uncertainty.

Primax actively invests in innovating new businesses applications. In AIoT segment, AI surveillance solutions including passenger safety, transportation safety, community and public safety. Furthermore, auto electronics (ADAS/AVAS), AR/VR/MR, self-service stores, drones and other new products are the growth drivers.
