July Consolidated Revenues was $5.75 billion

致伸科技 (4915 TT / 4915.TW) Primax Electronics (4195 TT/4915.TW) announced today NT$5.75 billion in consolidated revenues for the month of July. This represented a 26% increase on the NT$4.55 billion in June, and was the second highest monthly revenue reported by the company this year.

According to Primax, PC peripherals was one of the few product lines in the market to benefit from the COVID-19 pandemic. July revenues were mainly driven by demand for home office notebooks, eSports products for the stay-at-home economy, and rush order for police cameras. These all served to keep revenues high. Q3 is the peak season for electronics products and Primax’s advance preparations in video conferencing peripherals will begin to bear fruit. Primax therefore remains quite confident on quarterly growth for the second half of the year and expects large improvements in terms of both cost structure and profitability.

The construction of the Thai factory is being accelerated as well to increase the flexibility of product combinations and global manufacturing. These will help Primax maintain its industry leadership.
