Primax and University of Taipei Collaborate to Foster Sustainable Talent

In a bid to cultivate sustainable talent and promote the development of sustainable practices, Primax and University of Taipei have joined forces to launch the " Internship Program of Sustainable Talent development."

The official signing ceremony and internship outcome presentation for the program took place on the 13th of this month. Over the next three years, the collaboration aims to provide valuable industry-academia cooperation, offering aspiring students the opportunity to intern in Primax's sustainability office. Through this hands-on experience, students will actively engage in the company's sustainable operations, receive specialized education and training, and gain insights into sustainability-related knowledge and global trends. The program seeks to broaden their understanding of career prospects in the sustainability sector and open up new career horizons for them.

"We are committed to nurturing a generation of young professionals who are passionate about sustainability. By providing internships during their university years, we aim to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the ever-growing market for sustainable talent," stated Alison Chiang, a CSO from Primax.

This collaboration between the private sector and academia seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice, encouraging students to actively participate in real-world sustainability initiatives. By early exposure to the field of sustainability, it is hoped that more students will be prepared to address the pressing issues of the future.

With the rising demand for sustainable solutions in the corporate world, this initiative holds the promise of creating a pool of competent and passionate professionals who will contribute significantly to building a more sustainable and resilient future.

This joint effort marks a significant step towards driving positive change in the sphere of sustainability and lays the foundation for a brighter, more eco-conscious future.
