Embracing talent, we firmly believe that through the practice of talent sustainability, we can go even further. In order to promote the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI),Primaxis once again joining the "2024 TALENT, in Taiwan" initiative, the Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance.

This year, we pledge to actively pursue the following directions, taking tangible actions to support the principles of talent sustainability:

  1. Diverse Development Opportunities: We will assistPrimax team members in developing their professional skills and provide learning resources/rotation opportunities to broaden their perspectives.
  2. Generous Compensation and Benefits: We commit to maintaining a fair compensation system while offering comprehensive benefits, including flexible working hours, leave arrangements exceeding legal requirements, and motivating incentive programs.
  3. Inclusive Workplace Culture: Embracing diversity and different perspectives is the driving force of innovation! We will continue organizing diverse internal activities to promote communication and collaboration among colleagues. Additionally, we will provide training and resources to enhance understanding and cooperation among team members.

We will actively participate in initiatives such as CommonWealth Learning, Cheers, Talent Sustainability Channel, and collaborate with over 400 alliance partners to contribute back to society through practical actions, creating a better future for all Primaxers.
