DBTA websiteThe second annual "Diversity for Better Tomorrow Awards (DBTA)," organized by Womany, announced the list of winning companies yesterday afternoon (3rd). This award, evaluated by an independent judging panel, measures companies based on three key capabilities: vision execution, organizational talent transformation, and social diversity impact. KPMG oversees the process to ensure fairness, allowing companies committed to promoting diversity and inclusion to receive well-deserved recognition.

Primax Electronics Ltd. is dedicated to creating a workplace environment characterized by trust and openness, where employees feel respected, valued, and free to express their thoughts and opinions without hesitation. We are deeply honored to have received the "2023 Best DEI Enterprise Gold Award" in our debut participation, thanks to the highest recognition from the judging panel.

Our commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion includes:

  • Supportive Maternity Measures: Four weeks of remote work after childbirth, maternity bonuses and allowances, childcare subsidies, lactation rooms, preferential rates at contracted childcare centers, and parental leave policies.
  • Work-Life Balance: Offering leave policies exceeding legal requirements, flexible working hours, and remote work options.
  • Creating a Safe Workplace: Maintaining a “zero tolerance” stance against workplace misconduct.
  • Social Integration and Contribution: Providing employees with volunteer leave to participate in community and volunteer activities, contributing to societal well-being. We also focus on addressing the needs of underrepresented communities and allocate resources to support initiatives related to rural education, disabilities, and elder care, fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.

On the path of practicing DEI, Primax never stands still and will continue to uphold our fundamental principle of "people-first, sustainable operation.”
