The award ceremony took place last night (20th) at the Nangang Exhibition Hall, where Primax stood out among 366 companies. The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award, hosted by the renowned HR publication "HR Asia," is one of the most prestigious awards in the field of human resources management in the Asia region. A professional judging panel evaluated companies' achievements in areas such as workplace environment, employee well-being, and talent development, and anonymous questionnaire surveys were conducted among randomly selected employees.
We are truly grateful for winning this recognition for three consecutive years. The survey results indicated that Primax scored higher than the industry average in three key indicators: "organizational culture, employee engagement, and team cohesion," acknowledging our efforts in caring for employees' physical and mental well-being, enhancing the work environment experience, and fostering a culture of equality and inclusiveness.
