Primax’s July sales increased YoY driven by solid growth in B2B and AIoT projects, coupled with consumer and professional audio products shipment strength.

As AI applications gradually expand from the cloud into physical environments, demand continues to grow for real-time perception, analysis, and interaction across robotics, smart manufacturing, and autonomous systems. Primax continues to advance AI Sensor Fusion (AISF) as a strategic technology focus while strengthening its core competencies in vision, audio, and interface technologies. By integrating multi-sensing capabilities, edge AI computing, and system integration expertise, the Company aims to enhance smart devices’ ability to understand their surroundings and usage contexts and respond in real time, while advancing these technologies across high-value applications, including AI surveillance, robotics, smart manufacturing, and automotive solutions.

To navigate changing supply-demand dynamics and component costs pressure, Primax will diversify its supply sources, strengthen critical component management, and optimize its regional manufacturing footprint. Through alternative component qualification and closer collaboration with suppliers, the Company aims to mitigate the impact of supply uncertainty on product delivery and cost management. Meanwhile, the Company will continue to invest prudently in new technologies and applications, while maintaining operational stability and supporting future growth.
