Primax Electronics Ltd. (TWSE: 4915) today announced its consolidated revenue for February amounted to NT$4.24 billion, down 17% year-over-year (YoY). For January through February, Primax’s cumulative consolidated revenue reached NT$10.3 billion, up 10% YoY.

Primax’s February revenue was impacted by less working days due to Chinese New Year holidays, resulting in a seasonal decline in monthly revenue. However, driven by robust AIoT demand and increased contributions from consumer audio new projects, cumulative revenue for the first two months still achieved 10% YoY growth, reflecting resilient operating performance.

As AI applications continue to evolve and accelerate industry transformation, Edge AI has become a major development trend in smart devices and the AIoT sector. Primax leverages its core competence in AI Sensor Fusion (AISF), integrating acoustics, vision, and interface technologies. This enables devices to perform real-time data analysis and decision-making directly at the device level, improving system responsiveness and application efficiency. Through the adoption of AI Sensor Fusion technology, Primax continues to expand Edge AI applications across various scenarios, including AI surveillance, automotive, AI video conferencing, robotics, and smart workspace. By integrating acoustic and imaging sensing technologies, devices can achieve more precise environmental perception and interaction capabilities, further enhancing the value of smart device applications.

In addition, Primax is committed to a high dividend policy. Primax board has proposed a cash dividend of NT$4.568 per share for 2025, representing a dividend payout ratio of 80%. Both the cash dividend and payout ratio reached record highs, reflecting the company’s solid financial performance while providing decent returns to shareholders.
