October consolidated revenues were $6.57 billion

Primax Electronics (4195 TT/4915.TW) announced today NT$6.57 billion in consolidated revenues for the month of October, the second highest monthly revenue reported by the company this year. Total consolidated revenues for the period between January and October was NT$55.25 billion.

According to Primax, revenues remained strong in October mainly due to the mass production of new acoustic and video conferencing products as well as strong demand for entertainment and audio systems. The COVID-19 pandemic also led to consumers upgrading everyday devices for home offices and entertainment. Demand for computer and gaming interfaces therefore stayed strong.

Primax continued to refine its unique, market-leading 3-in-1- sensor integration (vision, audio, touch) technology to provide customers with a one-stop shop for related applications. As the COVID-19 pandemic begins to wane, new commercial and industrial applications for IoV and smart homes are set to generate a new wave of growth of the company as well. The optimization of the profit structure should enhance overall operations and boost growth even more.
