Primax is Ranked in the Top 5％of Listed Companies in Corporate Governance Evaluation Again

Primax has always held itself up to standards so high that they exceeded the statutory requirements for corporate governance. The first Corporate Governance Evaluation for TWSE/GTSM-listed companies in Taiwan held by the Financial Supervisory Commission in 2014 and Primax was ranked in the 21 ~ 35% percentile in 2015. In 2016 and 2017, Primax was ranked in the top 5% for two straight years. This reflected the swift progress made by the company in corporate governance and external recognition of the same. Primax dropped back down to the 6 ~ 20% percentile in 2018 but we remained undeterred. Our continued pursuit of excellence and relentless diligence saw Primax make a triumphant return to the top 5% in 2019, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to sustainability.
